The Protestant Book Centre which has been trading from 61 Main Rd, Mowbray, since the early seventies has rebranded itself as The Bookshop incorporating The Mess Coffee shop and The Workshop.
The ‘store’ embraces an innovative concept with a multiple offering:
• The Bookshop, which plays a key role in fulfilling the ministry and mission of the Protestant Association retails a wide range of evangelical Christian books to the public at reasonable prices
• The Workshop offers individual workstations with typical office facilities for hire on a monthly basis in a work hub set-up.
• The Mess Café offers beverages and a small menu and is a rehabilitation project aimed at uplifting unemployed young people seeking to break the cycle of poverty
• A library facility with a biblical focus including a reading lounge for association members,
• Access to a venue for hire for events and an 8 seater boardroom for hire for business meetings
