The new UCT CampusKey residence building in Mowbray will go some way towards addressing the student housing crisis gripping the Western Cape.

Situated on Main Road Rosebank and Mowbray with immediate access to the Jammie shuttle route and UCT campus, the residence offers accommodation for 610 students in single rooms. The new units are planned for affordability.

The development saw the previous video store, movie theatre, editing studio, bar and grocery store being demolished, but has played a vital role in transforming previously neglected buildings, bringing about much needed urban regeneration in this area.
