  City Of Cape Town accepts application to establish GSCID

   The co-ordinator of the GSCID, Anthony Davids, reports that they have successfully negotiated their first major challenge of establishing the Special Rating Area (SRA) to be known as the Groote Schuur Community Improvement District (GSCID).
